Vegan Sprinkle Cheese (Vegan 'Parmesan')

Some vegans might find it hard to enjoy a plate of pasta with tomato sauce without the grated cheese on top. And what about Melanzane parmigiana (baked aubergine and tomato-dish with parmesan)? Well with this amazing recipe you can have both these dishes and enjoy them more than ever.
Here are the ingredients you will need:
Throw everything into a blender and blend until the mixture is a fine powder. Stop the blender a few times to stir the mixture and push the contents back down towards the blades. Don't over blend as you will end up with a sticky lump.
Store in the fridge in a clean glass jar for up to a week.
